Quiz Wallah may add original formatting, organisation, analysis, translations, explanations, and commentary. Copyright in these original additions and the selection or arrangement of content belongs to Quiz Wallah where legally protected.

The appearance of third-party material does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement.

5. User-Submitted Content

Users may publish questions, answers, comments, profile information, and other content through Ask Quiz Wallah or related community features.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

7. DMCA Notices

If the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act applies to your complaint, your notice should contain the information required by Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA.

A valid DMCA notice generally identifies:

• The copyrighted work

• The allegedly infringing material and its location

• The copyright owner or authorised representative

• Contact information for the complaining party

• A good-faith statement regarding unauthorised use

• A statement regarding the accuracy of the notice

• A physical or electronic signature

Submitting a notice does not automatically establish infringement. We may request clarification or additional information before taking action.

8. Review and Takedown Process

9. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed or restricted because of a copyright complaint and you believe the action resulted from a mistake or incorrect identification, you may send a counter-notification to:
