Welcome to Quiz Wallah. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of quizwallah.com, ask.quizwallah.com, and any related quizzes, mock tests, courses, applications, community features, content, products, or services operated under the Quiz Wallah name.

By accessing, registering for, purchasing from, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should discontinue using our services.

1. About Quiz Wallah

Quiz Wallah is an online learning and examination-preparation platform that provides quizzes, mock tests, explanations, performance analysis, educational resources, courses, and related learning features.

Ask Quiz Wallah is part of the Quiz Wallah learning network and allows users to ask questions, provide answers, participate in discussions, earn reputation, and receive badges.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these terms. If you are under the age required to enter into a legally binding agreement, you may use our services only with the permission and supervision of a parent or lawful guardian.

A parent or guardian who permits a minor to use Quiz Wallah accepts responsibility for the minor’s use of the platform.

3. User Accounts

Certain features may require you to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

• Keep your account information updated

• Accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account

• Inform us promptly about suspected unauthorised access

• Use only accounts that you are authorised to access

You must not sell, transfer, share, rent, or misuse your account. We may restrict duplicate, fraudulent, automated, or misleading accounts.

Where supported, one account may provide access to multiple services within the Quiz Wallah network.

4. Educational Purpose

Quiz Wallah’s content is provided for education, practice, and examination preparation. We work to maintain accuracy, but we do not guarantee that every question, answer, explanation, result, prediction, or resource will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Users should verify important information through official notifications, examination authorities, recognised textbooks, or other reliable sources.

Quiz Wallah does not guarantee:

• Selection in any examination

• A particular score, rank, result, or improvement

• Employment, admission, certification, or eligibility

• That practice questions will appear in an actual examination

• Uninterrupted availability of every feature or service

A learner’s results depend on personal preparation, performance, examination conditions, and several factors beyond our control.

5. No Official Affiliation

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Quiz Wallah is an independent educational platform. It is not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by, or endorsed by any government department, examination authority, educational board, university, recruitment agency, or testing organisation.

Names, logos, examination titles, and trademarks belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners and may be used only for identification, reference, commentary, or educational purposes.

6. Quizzes and Test Results

Quiz results, performance reports, rankings, time records, and analytics are generated using the information recorded by our system.

Temporary technical issues, network interruptions, browser settings, device limitations, or system errors may affect recorded attempts or results. Quiz Wallah may correct scores, rankings, questions, answers, or technical records when an error is discovered.

Refreshing, closing, or leaving a quiz may affect its progress. Questions and options may be shuffled where randomisation is enabled.

7. Timers and Live Tests

Quiz Wallah may provide overall test timers, sectional timers, category timers, and per-question timers.

During supported live quizzes and tests, the platform may record the time spent on each question. The corresponding solution or analysis page may display the time taken to answer individual questions.

Users are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and submitting their answers within the specified time.

8. Contests and Leaderboards

Some quizzes may operate as contests with limited participation periods, rankings, entry conditions, prizes, or other special rules.

Additional rules displayed on the relevant contest page form part of these Terms. We may disqualify attempts involving cheating, automation, account sharing, manipulation, impersonation, or other unfair practices.

Rankings and results may be adjusted when technical errors, duplicate accounts, suspicious activity, or rule violations are identified.

9. Certificates and Badges

Certificates, badges, scores, reputation, and achievements issued through Quiz Wallah represent activity or performance recorded on our platform.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are not academic degrees, government certificates, professional licences, or formal qualifications. Employers, institutions, or examination authorities are not required to recognise them.

We may correct, revoke, or reissue an achievement obtained through an error, unauthorised activity, or violation of these Terms.

10. Ask Quiz Wallah Community

When using Ask Quiz Wallah, you agree to communicate respectfully and contribute relevant, constructive, and lawful content.

You must not post:

• Abusive, hateful, threatening, or discriminatory material

• Spam, advertisements, or repetitive promotional content

• False, misleading, or impersonating content

• Personal or confidential information without permission

• Copyrighted material you are not authorised to share

• Examination leaks or unlawfully obtained materials

• Malware, harmful links, or content intended to disrupt the platform

• Answers or posts created solely to manipulate reputation or badges

Community activity is also governed by our Community Guidelines, User Conduct Policy, Content and Moderation Policy, and Reporting and Appeals Policy.

11. User-Submitted Content

You retain ownership of original content you submit. By publishing content on our services, you grant Quiz Wallah a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, moderate, and make that content available as necessary to operate and promote the platform.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights to submit the content and that it does not violate any law, intellectual-property right, privacy right, or contractual obligation.

Deleting your account may not automatically remove public questions, answers, comments, or discussions. Such contributions may be retained or anonymised to preserve the usefulness and continuity of the community.

12. Intellectual Property

Except for user-submitted or third-party material, the Quiz Wallah name, logo, website design, original questions, explanations, courses, graphics, software, documents, and other platform content are owned by or licensed to Quiz Wallah.

You may use our content for personal, non-commercial learning purposes only, unless written permission provides otherwise.

You must not:

• Copy or republish substantial portions of our content

• Sell, licence, or commercially distribute our materials

• Record or redistribute paid courses without permission

• Scrape, extract, or systematically download platform content

• Remove copyright, watermark, or ownership notices

• Create misleading copies of Quiz Wallah services

• Use our name or branding to impersonate or misrepresent affiliation

13. Payments and Purchases

Some courses, tests, contests, subscriptions, or features may require payment. Before completing a transaction, you are responsible for reviewing the price, validity period, access conditions, and included features.

Payments may be processed by independent payment providers. Access may be delayed or withheld if a transaction is incomplete, unsuccessful, reversed, disputed, or suspected to be unauthorised.

Applicable taxes or processing charges may be included in or added to the displayed price as required.

14. Refunds and Cancellations

Payments made for digital courses, quizzes, tests, subscriptions, contest entries, or other immediately accessible digital services are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable after successful payment or activation.

A refund may be considered when:

• Money was deducted more than once for the same purchase

• Payment succeeded but access was not provided because of a verified technical failure

• A refund is required under applicable law

Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method. Please read our separate Refund and Cancellation Policy before making a purchase.

15. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, servers, or systems

• Interfere with the security or operation of our services

• Use bots, scripts, crawlers, or automated tools without permission

• Manipulate quiz scores, rankings, referrals, rewards, or contests

• Share paid access or restricted content with unauthorised persons

• Upload malicious code or harmful files

• Collect information about other users without permission

• Use Quiz Wallah for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes

• Circumvent access controls, payment restrictions, or security features

• Reverse-engineer platform software except where legally permitted

16. Moderation and Account Action

We may review user activity and take appropriate action when these Terms or related policies are violated.

Actions may include:

• Issuing a warning

• Editing or removing content

• Restricting community privileges

• Cancelling scores, badges, reputation, or rankings

• Limiting access to particular features

• Temporarily suspending an account

• Permanently terminating an account

• Reporting unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities

Serious violations may result in immediate action without prior notice. Eligible users may submit an appeal through our Reporting and Appeals process.

17. Third-Party Services and Links

Quiz Wallah may contain links, advertisements, embedded content, payment services, or integrations operated by third parties.

We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, security, content, products, or privacy practices of independent third-party services. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms and policies.

18. Advertisements

Advertisements may be displayed on free or supported areas of the platform. The appearance of an advertisement does not automatically mean that Quiz Wallah recommends or endorses the advertiser, product, service, or claim.

Users should independently evaluate third-party offers before making a purchase or providing personal information.

19. Availability and Changes

We may add, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any content, feature, course, quiz, pricing arrangement, or service when reasonably necessary.

We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption. Maintenance, updates, security incidents, hosting problems, network failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect access.

Where practical, we will attempt to minimise significant disruption.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

While we aim to provide useful and reliable educational services, we do not make an absolute warranty regarding availability, accuracy, suitability, compatibility, security, or uninterrupted operation.

Our liability will not be limited where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

22. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the platform, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or misuse of your account.
