Quiz Wallah respects your privacy and provides a process through which you may request the deletion of your account and eligible personal information associated with quizwallah.com, ask.quizwallah.com, and connected Quiz Wallah services.

Please read the information below before submitting a deletion request.

1. What You May Request

Subject to applicable law and necessary exceptions, you may request:

• Deletion of your Quiz Wallah account

• Deletion of your Ask Quiz Wallah profile

• Removal of eligible personal information

• Deletion of quiz attempts and learning history

• Removal of profile details and profile photographs

• Deletion of saved preferences

• Removal of certificates, scores, badges, and reputation records

• Deletion of eligible support or communication records

• Anonymisation of eligible community contributions

• Correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information

You may request deletion of your complete account or identify specific information that you want us to review.

2. Connected Quiz Wallah Accounts

Quiz Wallah and Ask Quiz Wallah may use a connected account or authentication system.

If your account is connected across our network, deleting the main account may affect your access to:

• Quiz Wallah courses and quizzes

• Mock tests and test series

• Performance reports

• Purchased learning services

• Certificates and achievements

• Ask Quiz Wallah questions and answers

• Community badges and reputation

• Other connected Quiz Wallah services

Please clearly state whether you want to delete your information from:

1. Quiz Wallah only

2. Ask Quiz Wallah only

3. The complete Quiz Wallah network

We will explain any unavoidable effect on connected services when necessary.

3. How to Submit Your Request

Send your data-deletion request to:

Use the subject line:

Data Deletion Request – [Your Registered Email or Username]

Whenever possible, send the request from the email address registered with your Quiz Wallah account.

4. Information to Include

Please include:

• Your full name

• Registered email address

• Registered mobile number, if applicable

• Quiz Wallah username

• Ask Quiz Wallah username, if different

• Profile or account link, if available

• The website or service from which deletion is requested

• A clear description of the information to be deleted

• The reason for the request, if you wish to provide one

Do not include your password, OTP, PIN, complete card number, CVV, banking password, or other sensitive financial credentials.

5. Identity Verification

To protect users against fraudulent or unauthorised deletion requests, we may need to verify your identity and account ownership.

Verification may include:

• Confirming access to your registered email address

• Confirming limited account information

• Sending a verification link or code

• Requesting information about recent account activity

• Confirming a relevant transaction identifier

We will request only the information reasonably necessary to verify the request. If we cannot verify account ownership, we may be unable to process the deletion.

6. Information That May Be Deleted

Depending on your request and applicable requirements, deletion may include:

• Name and public profile details

• Email address or mobile number

• Login credentials and account identifiers

• Profile photograph and biography

• Quiz attempts and selected answers

• Scores and performance records

• Saved preferences

• Certificates and achievements

• Community reputation and badges

• Eligible support communications

• Marketing preferences

• Other personal information linked to the account

Deleting this information may prevent you from recovering your account or accessing previous records.

7. Public Questions and Answers

Questions, answers, comments, and discussions published on Ask Quiz Wallah contribute to the continuity and usefulness of the community.

When an account is deleted, we may anonymise eligible public contributions instead of removing them completely. For example, the author’s name and profile may be replaced with a general label such as Deleted User.

Content may be removed completely where:

• It contains personal or sensitive information

• Its continued publication is unlawful

• It violates our policies

• Removal is reasonably necessary to protect a user

• Deletion is required under applicable law

Please include direct links when requesting the review of particular questions, answers, or comments.

8. Information We May Retain

Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary to:

• Comply with legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations

• Maintain transaction and payment records

• Detect or prevent fraud, abuse, cheating, or security threats

• Resolve disputes or payment complaints

• Enforce our Terms and Conditions

• Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims

• Protect the rights and safety of Quiz Wallah and its users

Retained information will be limited to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose and handled according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Payments and Purchases

Deleting your account does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Completed purchases remain subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Transaction records may be retained where required for accounting, taxation, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

Before requesting account deletion, download any receipts or records that you may need later.

10. Courses, Tests, and Certificates

After deletion, you may permanently lose access to:

• Purchased courses

• Paid mock tests and test series

• Quiz attempts and answer history

• Performance analysis

• Rankings and leaderboard records

• Certificates

• Badges and achievements

• Saved learning progress

Once deleted, this information may not be recoverable. Please save any certificates or records you wish to keep before submitting your request.

11. Processing Your Request

After receiving a valid request, we will:

1. Review the information provided

2. Verify your identity where necessary

3. Identify the relevant account and associated information

4. Determine whether any information must be retained

5. Delete, anonymise, or restrict eligible information

6. Notify you when the request has been completed or explain any limitation

The time required may vary depending on the scope, complexity, verification requirements, and applicable legal obligations.

12. Withdrawal of a Request

You may ask to withdraw your deletion request before it has been fully processed.

Once information has been permanently deleted or anonymised, it may not be possible to restore your account, quiz history, purchases, certificates, community reputation, or other records.

13. Browser and Device Information

Deleting your account may not remove cookies or information stored locally on your browser or device.

You can delete cookies, cached files, local storage, and saved login information through your browser or device settings. Please read our Cookie Policy for further information.

14. Unsubscribing From Emails

You do not need to delete your account merely to stop optional promotional emails.

You may use the unsubscribe link included in eligible emails or contact support@quizwallah.com. Essential account, payment, security, or service communications may still be sent when necessary.

15. Requests for Children

A parent or lawful guardian may submit a deletion request concerning a child’s information.

We may request reasonable information to verify the identity and authority of the parent or guardian before processing the request.

16. Complaints and Questions

If you believe that your deletion request has not been handled properly, reply to the communication relating to your request and clearly explain your concern.

We will review genuine privacy complaints and provide an appropriate response according to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
