Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: 9 September 2026
Last Updated: 9 September 2026

Quiz Wallah is committed to making its educational services accessible and usable for as many learners as reasonably possible, including people with visual, hearing, cognitive, neurological, or physical disabilities.

This statement applies to quizwallah.com, ask.quizwallah.com, and related Quiz Wallah services.

1. Our Commitment

We believe that every learner should have a fair opportunity to access educational content, practise questions, understand performance, and participate in our learning community.

We are continually working to improve the accessibility, clarity, compatibility, and usability of our websites across different devices, browsers, screen sizes, and assistive technologies.

2. Accessibility Standards

Quiz Wallah aims to follow recognised web-accessibility practices and work progressively toward alignment with relevant Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.

This is an ongoing process. Because our platform includes quizzes, timers, courses, community content, third-party integrations, and frequently updated materials, we do not currently claim that every page or feature fully conforms to a particular accessibility level.

3. Accessibility Features

Depending on the page, device, and feature being used, Quiz Wallah may provide or support:

  • Clear headings and organised page structures

  • Readable fonts and consistent layouts

  • Keyboard-accessible navigation

  • Descriptive labels for buttons and form fields

  • Alternative text for meaningful images

  • Sufficient colour contrast

  • Responsive layouts for mobile and tablet devices

  • Browser zoom and text enlargement

  • Visible focus indicators

  • Clear error and confirmation messages

  • Captions, transcripts, or written explanations where available

  • Controls that do not rely only on colour

  • Simple language and structured educational content

The availability of individual features may vary across different areas of the platform.

4. Quiz Accessibility

Quiz Wallah provides quizzes, mock tests, live tests, solutions, and performance-analysis features.

We aim to make quiz controls understandable and operable by providing:

  • Clearly labelled answer options

  • Visible question numbers

  • Understandable navigation buttons

  • Test instructions before an attempt

  • Distinguishable selected and unselected answers

  • Clearly displayed results and explanations

  • Keyboard-accessible controls where supported

  • Responsive layouts for different screen sizes

  • Text-based explanations for questions where available

Some examination simulations intentionally use time limits or restricted navigation to reproduce actual testing conditions.

5. Timed Tests

Certain quizzes, contests, and mock tests may include overall, sectional, category, or per-question timers.

Timers can create accessibility difficulties for some users. Where the nature of a particular test allows it, we may explore reasonable improvements such as clearer warnings, better timer announcements, untimed practice alternatives, or additional controls.

However, such alternatives may not be available in contests, live tests, or examination simulations where timing is an essential feature.

6. Images, Videos, and Documents

We aim to provide alternative text for meaningful images and clear labels for visual content where reasonably possible.

Some older images, videos, scanned materials, embedded content, or downloadable documents may not yet include:

  • Complete alternative text

  • Captions

  • Audio descriptions

  • Transcripts

  • Accessible document structure

  • Proper reading order

We are working to improve such materials progressively. Users may contact us to request an accessible alternative for essential content.

7. Ask Quiz Wallah

Ask Quiz Wallah allows users to publish questions, answers, comments, and other community content.

Because some material is created by users, we cannot guarantee that every post will include accessible formatting, descriptive image text, or clear language.

We encourage community members to:

  • Use clear and descriptive titles

  • Write in understandable language

  • Avoid unnecessary formatting

  • Describe important information shown in images

  • Use meaningful link text

  • Avoid communicating information through colour alone

  • Structure longer answers with suitable headings and paragraphs

We may improve the formatting of community content when reasonably necessary for accessibility and readability.

8. Keyboard and Assistive Technology

We aim to support commonly used keyboards, browsers, screen readers, magnification tools, and other assistive technologies.

Accessibility may vary depending on:

  • The browser doesvidevice or operating system

  • Browser type and version

  • Assistive technology used

  • User-selected settings

  • Third-party plugins or embedded services

  • The age or format of particular content

For the best experience, users should keep their browser and assistive technology updated where possible.

9. Third-Party Content

Some features may rely on third-party tools, including:

  • Payment gateways

  • Video players

  • Advertisements

  • Analytics tools

  • Embedded documents

  • Social-media content

  • Authentication services

  • WordPress themes and plugins

Quiz Wallah may not control the accessibility of these third-party services. We encourage external providers to offer accessible experiences, but their platforms remain governed by their own accessibility practices and policies.

10. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some users may experience difficulties with:

  • Older pages or learning materials

  • Certain interactive quiz controls

  • Timed examinations

  • Scanned documents

  • Videos without captions

  • Images without complete descriptions

  • Third-party advertisements or embedded content

  • User-generated community posts

  • Complex tables or mathematical content

  • Some mobile or browser combinations

The presence of a limitation does not mean it will remain unaddressed. We welcome reports that help us identify and prioritise improvements.

11. Requesting Assistance

If you cannot access a page, quiz, course, explanation, document, or community feature, please contact us.

Where reasonably possible, we may:

  • Provide the information in an alternative format

  • Explain the content through email

  • Help identify a compatible method of access

  • Correct an accessibility problem

  • Refer the issue to the relevant technical team

  • Contact a third-party provider where appropriate

The available solution will depend on the content, feature, and nature of the request.

12. Reporting an Accessibility Problem

Email accessibility reports to:

support@quizwallah.com

Use the subject line:

Accessibility Support – [Page or Feature Name]

Please include:

  • The page URL

  • A description of the problem

  • The device and browser used

  • The assistive technology used, if applicable

  • A screenshot or screen recording, where helpful

  • The format or assistance you require

Please do not include passwords, OTPs, complete payment credentials, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

13. Response and Improvement

We aim to review genuine accessibility enquiries promptly. Resolution time may vary depending on the nature and technical complexity of the issue.

User feedback helps us identify barriers, improve existing features, and consider accessibility when developing new services.

14. Updates to This Statement

We may revise this Accessibility Statement as our websites, content, technologies, and accessibility practices develop.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
