How Quiz Wallah Works

Quiz Wallah makes examination preparation organised, measurable, and easy to follow. Choose what you want to study, practise through exam-oriented questions, review every mistake, and improve your performance with each attempt.

1. Create Your Account

Register on Quiz Wallah using the available sign-up option. Your account gives you access to quizzes, courses, test history, performance reports, certificates, and other supported learning features.

Keep your profile information accurate and protect your login credentials. Where connected access is available, the same account may also help you use Ask Quiz Wallah.

2. Choose Your Examination

Select the examination, subject, course, or topic you want to prepare for. Quiz Wallah provides learning resources for categories such as:

  • SSC examinations

  • Banking examinations

  • Defence examinations

  • Teaching examinations

  • UPSC and other government examinations

  • State-level competitive examinations

  • School and academic assessments

Available categories, courses, and tests may be updated as new content is added.

3. Select a Quiz or Mock Test

Browse the available quizzes and choose one according to your subject, topic, examination, or difficulty level.

Before starting, review the instructions carefully. They may explain:

  • Total number of questions

  • Maximum marks

  • Test duration

  • Negative marking

  • Sectional or category timing

  • Navigation restrictions

  • Attempt and submission rules

  • Certificate or passing requirements

Different quizzes may have different rules and settings.

4. Attempt the Questions

Read each question carefully and select the answer you consider correct. Depending on the quiz format, you may be able to:

  • Move between questions

  • Save an answer and continue

  • Mark a question for review

  • Clear a selected response

  • Navigate between sections

  • View the remaining time

  • Review attempted and unanswered questions

  • Submit the test when ready

Questions and answer options may be shuffled to provide a fresh practice experience.

5. Use the Timer Effectively

Quiz Wallah may provide an overall test timer, sectional timer, category timer, or individual question timer.

During supported live quizzes and tests, a per-question timer records how long you spend on each question. The solution or analysis page may then show the time taken for individual questions.

Use this information to identify questions that require too much time and gradually improve your examination speed.

6. Submit Your Test

Submit your test after completing the questions. Some tests may be submitted automatically when the available time expires.

Before final submission, check your test summary where available. It may show:

  • Answered questions

  • Unanswered questions

  • Questions marked for review

  • Remaining time

  • Completed and incomplete sections

Submission rules may differ for live tests, contests, and examination simulations.

7. Review Your Results

After submitting an eligible quiz, you may receive a detailed performance summary containing:

  • Total score

  • Correct answers

  • Incorrect answers

  • Unanswered questions

  • Accuracy percentage

  • Time taken

  • Per-question response time

  • Section-wise performance

  • Passing status

  • Rank or leaderboard position, where available

Your results help you understand both accuracy and time management.

8. Study the Solutions

Open the solution or View Answers section to review the correct answer and explanation for each eligible question.

Do not focus only on your final score. Examine:

  • Why your selected answer was incorrect

  • Why the correct answer is appropriate

  • Which concept or rule you misunderstood

  • Whether you answered too quickly

  • Whether you spent excessive time on one question

  • Which topics require additional revision

Careful solution review turns every mistake into a learning opportunity.

9. Practise Your Weak Areas

Use your results to identify topics where your accuracy, understanding, or speed needs improvement.

Revise the relevant concept and attempt additional quizzes from the same topic. Where available, you may also restart a test or practise previously incorrect questions.

Regular targeted practice is generally more effective than repeatedly attempting questions without analysing mistakes.

10. Track Your Progress

Your Quiz Wallah profile may record completed quizzes, scores, performance history, courses, certificates, and other learning activity.

Compare your recent attempts with earlier results to measure improvement in:

  • Accuracy

  • Speed

  • Time management

  • Topic understanding

  • Test completion

  • Examination readiness

Progress becomes meaningful when you practise consistently and review your performance honestly.

11. Earn Certificates and Achievements

Eligible quizzes or courses may provide certificates after you meet the stated completion or passing requirements.

Certificates, scores, badges, and achievements show your activity or performance within Quiz Wallah. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are not government certificates, academic degrees, professional licences, or guarantees of examination selection.
